Mark Fertitta

Mark Fertitta has over 30 years of experience in various engineering and project management roles. Mark is currently the Director of Field Engineering at Hostess Brands, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Packaging Engineering at AdvancePierre Foods. Mark also worked at Kroger as a Senior Project Manager for nearly 9 years. Before that, they were the Lead Project Manager at Foth and Van Dyke, where they led several significant projects, including an automation project and an OSHA compliance remediation project. Mark also held multiple roles at Kraft Foods Group, including Engineering Section Manager, Manager of Packaging Engineering, Project Manager, and Supervising Packaging Engineer. Mark began their career at General Mills, where they worked as a Senior Packaging Engineer, Operations Services Engineer, and Packaging Materials Engineer II.

Mark Fertitta obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University. Mark also holds a Certified Professional in Management (CPM) certification from Xavier University, obtained in 2014.
