Serena Harvey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Serena is currently employed at HotDoc as a Customer Insights & Reporting Specialist since May 2022. Prior to that, Serena held various roles at Vista, starting as a CiM Specialist ANZS from June 2017 to June 2018. Serena then progressed to become a Senior CiM Specialist ANZS from June 2018 to January 2021, and finally served as a Continuous Improvement, Lead CiM Specialist ANZS from January 2021 to May 2022. Before joining Vista, Serena worked at GNC as a Customer Service & Online Manager AU from September 2012 to February 2016. Serena also has experience as a Clinical Nutritionist at Heart & Bowl Nutrition from February 2011 to January 2016.

Serena Harvey has a diverse educational background. In 2007, they started their undergraduate studies at Endeavour Co, where they pursued a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Nutrition. Serena completed their studies in 2011. Afterward, Serena went on to attend Victoria University in 2015 for a Graduate Certificate in Digital Media, focusing on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Serena completed this program in 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Serena obtained the Google Data Analytics Professional certification in March 2023 from Google. Prior to that, in July 2022, they acquired the XM Fundamentals Certification from Qualtrics.
