Matt Hammond

Matt Hammond (Chartered FCIPD) has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt currently serves as a Board Trustee at CPSL Mind. Prior to this, they held various senior HR positions at Hotel Chocolat, including Human Resources Director, Head of HR, and Senior People Business Partner. Before Hotel Chocolat, they worked at BT as a Regional Human Resources Manager and Head of Recruitment. Matt also served as the Head of Talent Development at AB Agri part of Associated British Foods PLC. Earlier in their career, they held roles at BT as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, Monarch Group as a Recruitment Manager, and Thomas Cook in various capacities such as International Recruitment Manager, HR Support Executive, and Overseas Office Manager. Their extensive experience in HR and talent management positions him as a seasoned professional in the field.

Matt Hammond (Chartered FCIPD) earned a Bachelor's Degree from Nottingham Trent University between 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Borden Grammar School from 1994 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management from CIPD in 2022, the Dare to Lead Trained certification from Dare to Lead™ Trained in 2021, the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD in 2017, and the Qualified Level A and B Psychometric Testing, Personality & Ability Assessment Level 2 from The British Psychological Society in 2015.
