Danny Ho is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over two decades in various prestigious roles. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Hotel ICON since August 2011, Danny has also held key positions including Acting Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef at The Mira Hong Kong, along with several roles specializing in pastry at Chocolux Cafe Limited, Cova Pasticceria & Confetteria, and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Danny began the culinary journey with foundational roles at Renaissance Hotels, Grand Bluewave Hotel Shah Alam, and Hilton Worldwide. Education includes training at Bellouet Conseil Paris and The French Culinary School in Asia.
