Paula Valdes

Paula Valdes possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Floor Supervisor at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing guest complaints, performing nightly reports, and utilizing Open Table and Squirrel Systems. Previously, Paula held positions as a Lounge Server and Bartender, focusing on providing exceptional guest service and maximizing sales opportunities. Additional experience includes a role as Lead Dining/Lounge Server at Hotel X Toronto, where training new staff and managing financial transactions were key duties. Prior experience also encompasses account management at Nationwide Maintenance & General Contracting Inc., and administrative roles at OBN Security and Premier Fitness Studio.
