Carolina Roldan Perez

Carolina Roldan Perez has had several work experiences throughout their career. Carolina started working as an Academic Assistant at Open Doors in 2013, where they provided language tutoring, general knowledge tutoring, academic leveling, and translation and interpretation services. Carolina then joined Globant in 2017 as a Human Resources Trainee, where they focused on attracting top-level talent and customizing messages to reach prospective employees. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Recruiting Analyst at Globant, attracting talent for projects with clients such as Coca-Cola, Electronic Arts, Fox, National Geographic, and Disney. Currently, Carolina works at Hourly as a Talent Acquisition Manager, a position they have held since November 2019, and is now the Talent Acquisition Lead.
