Justin Gilroy

Justin Gilroy has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Justin started their career in the military as a Commanding Officer in the Royal Air Force, where they led a unit responsible for providing communications and IT solutions. Justin then transitioned to the UK Ministry of Defence, working as a Programme Manager and later Chief of Staff to the Director of Information Superiority.

After their military service, Gilroy joined PA Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant, where they worked until 2013. Justin then established their own company called Gilacrity Limited, where they served as the Managing Director until 2015. During this time, they also held leadership positions in major financial institutions such as Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group, managing global compliance and desktop transformation programs, respectively.

In 2015, Gilroy joined Airwalk Reply as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they led various projects, including the Programme Manager for the Telecommunications Efficiency Challenge Programme at HSBC, where they successfully delivered over $100 million of efficiencies. Justin also served as the Programme Director and Digital Service Delivery Partner for Airwalk Reply's support to the Data & Digital team within the Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal Programme.

Throughout their career, Gilroy has demonstrated strong leadership and delivery skills, particularly in complex technical and organizational challenges. Justin has a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering results within aggressive timelines.

Justin Gilroy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. Later, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master's Degree in Defence Studies from King's College London. Justin also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cranfield School of Management between 2007 and 2009.
