David Goldstone Cbe

David Goldstone CBE has extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. In their most recent role as the Chief Executive Officer of the Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal Delivery Authority, they led the establishment of the organization and developed plans for the restoration and renewal program. David also spearheaded a significant re-set of the program, resulting in a new approach to the works.

Additionally, David has served as a Non Executive Board Member for organizations such as the Major Projects Association and the Submarine Delivery Agency. David has also held positions within the UK Ministry of Defence as the Chief Operating Officer, where they led a wide range of department priorities and developed a transformation program.

Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive of the London Legacy Development Corporation, responsible for the regeneration and sporting legacy of the East London area. David played a key role in the creation of East Bank, a new cultural and educational district.

Furthermore, David has served as a Board Member of Sport England and held the position of Chief Finance Officer at Transport for London. David also gained experience in the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport as the Finance and Programme Director of the Government Olympic Executive.

Earlier in their career, David served as the Finance Director of Partnerships UK and later became the Chief Executive of PfS, where they led the development of the Building Schools for the Future program.

Throughout their career, David Goldstone CBE has demonstrated their ability to lead and deliver successful projects, manage budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively.

David Goldstone CBE received their Master of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford in 1984.
