Nicolas Cullen

Nicolas Cullen is a Civil Engineer and Principal at Houston Engineering, Inc. since May 2011, bringing over a decade of experience in civil engineering. Prior to this role, Nicolas served as an Engineering Intern for the City of Bismarck, North Dakota from May 2006 to December 2008. Nicolas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration and Management from North Dakota State University. Additionally, Nicolas is an alumnus of the Leadership Bismarck-Mandan Alumni Association, having participated from September 2021 to May 2022.
