Gigi Parsa

Gigi Parsa has over 10 years of experience in the field of human resources. Gigi is currently the Director of People and Culture at Howard Hughes Medical Institute since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at &pizza as a Senior HR Manager from October 2017 to December 2018, and as an HR Manager from October 2016 to October 2017. Gigi also worked at The Washington Post as an HR Specialist, focusing on retention and internal communication from March 2014 to October 2016. Before that, they were part of Paley Rothman as a Human Resources professional from September 2011 to March 2014. Gigi started their career at Max International Broker/Dealer Corp. as a Human Resources Generalist from July 2008 to August 2010.

Gigi Parsa obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Pace University in the years 2003-2008. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Human Capital Management from Georgetown University in 2011-2012.
