Isaac Agbeshie-Noye

Isaac Agbeshie-Noye, EdD has a diverse and extensive work experience. Isaac currently serves as the Director of Equity-Centered Partnerships/Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, where they support the implementation of strategic goals to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce.

In addition, they have held a position as a Professorial Lecturer at George Washington University, where they taught courses in higher education and first-year student development.

Previously, Dr. Agbeshie-Noye was the Chief Operating Officer at The Bond Educational Group, an Education Designer at Education Design Lab, and the Director of Orientation and Family Programs and Services at George Mason University.

Isaac has also served as the Director of Student Services and Community Life at The Washington Center and as an Assistant Director of Student Success and Retention at American University.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Community Director at GW Housing Programs and as an Assistant Student Activities Coordinator at Mount Vernon Campus Life, both at The George Washington University.

Dr. Agbeshie-Noye began their professional journey as a Lead Intern at University Human Resources at the University of Virginia, where they developed a strategic plan for the Historically Black Colleges and Universities Internship Program.

Overall, Dr. Agbeshie-Noye's work experience spans various educational institutions and organizations, focusing on areas such as diversity and inclusion, student services and support, and program development.

Isaac Agbeshie-Noye, EdD, has a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University. Isaac also holds a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including a Change Management Certificate from Cornell University, an Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential from SHRM, and a Building Your Entry Plan to Lead for Equity in Education certificate from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, among others.
