Sidney Bewlay

Sidney Bewlay is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Communications at Howden Re since October 2024. Prior to this role, Sidney worked as a reporter for NBC5, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, writing scripts, and managing live broadcast news content under tight deadlines. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Marketing and Social Media at Alpino Vino, where Sidney oversaw promotional content and managed social media accounts, and working as a journalist for the Waterbury Roundabout, focusing on community issues. Additional roles include a summer internship with the Vermont Lake Monsters and various positions in marketing operations and human resources. Sidney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the University of Vermont in 2021.
