Jordan Drake

Jordan Drake has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different organizations. Jordan is currently the Head of IT Infrastructure at HPG since August 2020. Before that, they worked as an IT Manager at HandStands PROMO from May 2017 to August 2020. Prior to that, they served as a System Administrator at HandStands, an Energizer Holdings, Inc. from December 2011 to May 2017. In 2009, Jordan joined the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as an Officer and worked until January 2011. Jordan started their career in 2006 as an Agent Tier II at Dell, where they assisted Dell's premier and gold customers in troubleshooting laptop issues. Later, from September 2007 to September 2008, they worked as a Sales Specialist at Cricket Wireless, responsible for troubleshooting cellular phones. Jordan's work experience has equipped him with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, system administration, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.

Jordan Drake completed an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Salt Lake Community College in the years 2016 to 2017. Additionally, Jordan holds a Microsoft SQL Certification, obtained in the year 2017, and an A+ certification from CompTIA, obtained in May 2007. It is unknown if Jordan attended Utah State University or if they obtained any other certifications.
