Ben Lewis-Ramirez

Ben Lewis-Ramirez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ben started their career in 2009 as a Co-Founder and COO at Green Brothers Sustainable Solutions, LLC, where they worked until 2013. Ben then joined BHC RHODES as a Lead Arborist in 2014, followed by Byers Engineering Company as a Lead Arborist/Permit Coordinator in 2015. In the same year, they also worked at Black & Veatch as a Certified Arborist/Utility Coordinator/OSP Engineer. From 2016 to 2019, Ben worked at Foresite Group, initially as a Project Manager and later as a Business Development Manager and Director of Business Development. In 2019, they joined Lit Communities as a Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, and later served as the Chief Brand Officer. Most recently, starting in March 2022, they have been employed as a Project Manager at HR Green, Inc.

Ben Lewis-Ramirez attended Austin Waldorf School from 1990 to 2002, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Following their time at Austin Waldorf School, Ben went on to attend Southwestern University. At Southwestern University, they obtained a Bachelor's degree, but the field of study is unspecified. Additionally, Ben completed a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies at Southwestern University.

Furthermore, Ben has acquired additional certifications throughout their career. In March 2021, they obtained a Remote Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration. In April 2015, they obtained an ISA Certified Arborist certification from the International Society of Arboriculture.
