Olawale Odunlami

Olawale Odunlami is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Africa at Tek Experts since January 2022. With a strong background in recruitment, Olawale has developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies across multiple organizations, including Wema Bank Plc. and JMG Limited. Olawale has successfully led teams, coordinated workforce planning initiatives, and managed employer branding efforts, contributing to the hiring of nearly 900 employees annually during 2020 and 2021.
