Thi Hanh Pham, PhD, is an experienced Development Scientist who has worked at HTG Molecular Diagnostics since 2021. In this role, they have designed and conducted R&D studies, participated in the commercialization of high-profile projects, and assisted with risk assessment and design control process documents. Prior to this, they held positions as a Senior Researcher and Postdoctoral Fellow at McGill AIDS Center - Lady Davis Institute-Jewish General Hospital from 2015 to 2020, where they planned and conducted experiments and performed high-throughput sequencing. From 2007 to 2015, they worked as a Researcher at INSTITUT ARMAND-FRAPPIER in Laval, Canada, and as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Tropical Biology from 2001 to 2007.
