Karthik K. has extensive experience in marketing, sales, and brand communications. Karthik began their career in 1999 as a Content Manager and Creative Head for Velvet Vision Ltd., where they also served as a Senior Content Writer. In 2001, they joined Ascent Advertising Pvt. Ltd. as a Marketing & Account Director, where they were responsible for creative direction, business development, content development, campaign plans & budgeting, client pitches & presentations, and media planning. In 2006, Karthik moved to Oman Trading Establishment (OTE) LLC as a Senior Marketing Specialist, where they assisted the General Managers and Senior Managers in managing various Brand and Marketing initiatives and media campaigns for 4 automotive brands. From 2008 to 2016, Karthik worked at Gadoya Holdings LLC as the Group Marketing Manager, where they developed and executed end-to-end Brand and Marketing communications and GO-TO strategies for companies within the group. In 2018, they joined Hotstuff Advertising as a Marketing & Account Director, primarily servicing clients in the BFSI sector. Most recently, Karthik worked as the Director of Marketing, Sales & Brand Communications for Maximus India from 2021 to 2022, where they provided direction, guidance, and leadership to multiple teams across marketing, branding, creative, and sales verticals. Karthik is currently employed as the Marketing Director at HubEngage, a US-based SaaS company offering a unified employee nurturing platform on a subscription model to organisations in the US and Canada.

Karthik K. completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management and Business Communications from the SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce, University of Mumbai between 1996 and 1999.
