Charlotte Joubert Voltz has a diverse range of work experience. Charlotte started their career as a Conseillère de vente at Hermès from October 2015 to August 2018. Charlotte then worked as an Assistante dans un cabinet d'assurance crédit et affacturage at SOCIETE AUXILIAIRE DE FACTORING ET D'ASSURANCE CREDIT - SAFAC from June 2017 to September 2017. Charlotte also worked as an Auxiliaire de vacances en Banque Privée at BNP Paribas in July 2016.

In 2014, Charlotte held roles as an Extra en hotellerie at Hotel du Collectionneur Arc de Triomphe Paris in September-October and as Conseillère ventes at Comptoir des Cotonniers in August-September.

Charlotte Joubert Voltz pursued their education in various institutions over the years. Charlotte obtained a Master in Management, with a specialization in MSc in Marketing and Business Development, from EDHEC Business School between 2018 and 2020. In 2019, they participated in a summer exchange program at Fudan University, focusing on international trade. Earlier, from 2015 to 2018, they completed a Bachelor's degree, known as Licence, in Economics and Management at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II). Before that, they attended Edgware Academy of London to study English in 2015. In 2013, they completed their Baccalauréat in the field of Economics and Social at Lycée La Rochefoucauld. In terms of certifications, they obtained the TOEIC certification from ETS Global in December 2017.
