Matt Rueffer

Matt Rueffer has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Matt currently holds the position of Sr Director Engineering and Maintenance at Hudsonville Creamery and Ice Cream since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Amway for 11 years, starting as a Process Manager from March 2011 to February 2013, then progressing to Department Manager from February 2013 to September 2016, and finally serving as a Plant Manager from September 2016 to August 2022. Before joining Amway, they worked as a Process Engineer at CYTEC INDUSTRIES from June 2002 to March 2011.

Matt Rueffer attended Western Michigan University from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with a focus on Chemical Engineering.
