Rachel Glupker

Rachel Glupker has a diverse work experience spanning over twenty years. Rachel currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hudsonville Creamery and Ice Cream since July 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a Board Member at the School of Missionary Aviation Technology starting from March 2020.

Rachel's longest tenure was at Amway, where they worked for fifteen years from 2006 to 2021. During their time at Amway, they held various roles, including Director of Treasury, Manager of IT Program Mgmt Office, Business PMO, and Change Management, Director of Planning & Analytics, Director of Strategy & Planning, Manager of Global Strategic Planning, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis - European Region, and Area Finance Manager for multiple countries.

Before joining Amway, Rachel worked at LaSalle Bank, starting as a Commercial Credit Analyst in March 2000 and later becoming an Assistant Vice President in Commercial Banking from June 2002 to November 2006.

Rachel Glupker obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Aviation from Western Michigan University, graduating in 1997. In addition, they have earned several certifications including a Private Pilot Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration in April 1992, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2018, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2019.
