Ruturaj Kamthekar has a diverse work experience in the packaging industry. Ruturaj recently worked at Huhtamaki as the Head of Innovation & Technical - Global Key Accounts, Flexible Packaging, where they were responsible for driving product development, innovation, and sustainability strategies across multiple regions. Prior to this role, they served as the Product Development Director for Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging, leading the development and commercial deployment of sustainable and recyclable laminates. Before joining Huhtamaki, Ruturaj worked at Huhtamaki PPL Ltd. as the Deputy General Manager - Innovations & Business Development, where they focused on creating new packaging solutions and developing innovations to meet customer demands. Ruturaj also served as the Senior Manager - Production at Huhtamaki PPL's Silvassa Plant, where they managed shop floor operations for flexible packaging manufacturing. Additionally, Ruturaj has earlier experience at The Paper Products Ltd. as a Manager and Deputy Manager, working on special projects related to developing key technologies in packaging.

Ruturaj Kamthekar obtained an MBA degree in Marketing from Technology And Management Jobs from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Printing Technology from Maharashtra Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1997.
