Brandon Bernzott

Brandon Bernzott, MBA, SPHR, is an accomplished professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as Vice President of Global Learning at the Human Capital Institute since February 2015. In this role, Brandon leads global expansion efforts, focusing on strategic partnerships and content licensing in high-growth markets across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean. Prior to this, Brandon held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Business Development at Right Management, where strategy and client relationship management were emphasized, and Client Manager at Mercer, managing relationships with Fortune 500 clients. Brandon began the career as an HR BPO Consultant at Convergys and advanced through various roles, including training and development, ultimately dedicating over six years to the organization. Education credentials include a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in English, both from Thomas More University.
