Joseph Chairge

Joseph Chairge has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Joseph'smost recent role is as a Facilities Manager at Human Technologies in Avoca, PA, which they have held since April 2022. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing the naval facility and managing various tasks such as cleanliness, grounds maintenance, snow removal, janitorial services, employee training, labor and materials management, minor facility repairs, and ensuring employee safety. Earlier in their career, Joseph worked as a General Manager at Dirlam Brothers Lumber Co from 2007 to 2012. In this role, they led a team of 35 people across multiple locations and was responsible for commodity purchasing, marketing, collections, customer relations, and sales.

Prior to that, Joseph was the President of Pittston Lumber & Mfg Co from 1988 to 2007, leading the overall operations of the building supply business, including personnel management, operations, P&L, marketing, and customer relations.

Joseph began their career at Construction Unlimited, Inc. in 1980 as the COO/VP Operations/Senior Project Manager and held the position until February 1988.
