Kandi Harris

Kandi Harris has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Associate Director of Learning Design at Humana since June 2007, leading a learning design team responsible for training MCD staff. Previously, Kandi held the role of MCD Compliance Manager, overseeing a team of 17 in auditing health services staff, and served as a Clinical Nurse Auditor and Case Manager. Kandi's early career included positions such as Day Charge Nurse at The Renfrew Center and Staff Nurse at Conte Correctional Facility and Doctors Hospital. Kandi earned an Associate's degree in Nursing from West Virginia Northern Community College.
