Candace Gillette

Candace Gillette has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Candace worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at TE Connectivity from 1998 to 2013, where they gained knowledge in areas such as polymer microstructure, EM signal integrity, and PCB fabrication technologies. During their time at TE Connectivity, they also served as a Resident Field Applications Engineer and successfully increased the company's market share. In 2014, they joined Hill-Rom as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, contributing to the development of hospital and surgical products. Lastly, in 2017, Candace became the Chief Executive Officer of Hummingbird Nano, a company specializing in manufacturing plastic parts with microfluidic channels for various applications. Candace'swork experience demonstrates a strong technical background and leadership skills.
