Mark Manstof

Mark Manstof is an experienced professional in the fields of facilities management and construction, currently serving as the Director of Facilities, Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation at Huntington Beach City School District since June 2021. In addition, Mark has held the position of Facilities Analyst at Newport Mesa Unified School District since September 2016. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Project Manager at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. and HITT Contracting Inc., as well as a Project Engineer at Lend Lease. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from Penn State University, obtained in 2008, and graduated from Urbana High School in 2004.
