HYCU is in hyper-growth mode, and we are looking for a highly driven, passionate Recruiter to join our global people team. The Recruiter owns and facilitates full life cycle recruitment for a variety of roles and levels across our global teams. You will be a key contributor on our global recruitment team, partnering with stakeholders across our global network to develop strategies that target the best talent and help to amplify our employer brand.  

To be successful in this role, a start-up mentality is essential: we’re seeking someone who is committed to excelling with energy and endurance, is extremely organized and able to pivot quickly to help support the talent needs of the business. The pace is fast, and we are hiring across all capabilities in different time zones. Specific experience recruiting for corporate, sales, marketing, engineering or product roles is preferred.

  • Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do: 

  • Engage and identify the right talent and manage the full hiring process; key contributor in ensuring an extraordinary, consistent candidate experience

  • Proactively source passive and active talent: this is a constant activity for open requisitions, future requisitions, and networking in general

  • Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand current/upcoming talent needs, team dynamics and to source the best talent possible

  • Nurture solid pipelines of stellar talent to fill current/future openings

  • Work with the senior HR leadership and global recruiting team to develop, implement and execute impactful recruiting strategies to hire the best talent and amplify our employer brand

  • Contribute to building our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline; be a brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment

  • Participate in local external activities and student events, promoting the HYCU brand while attracting new audiences to build awareness

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience across a variety of positions and teams, ideally from both agency and corporate environments

  • Experience in hiring for complex positions; knows how to translate foundational needs for roles to target the right talent

  • Ability to recruit within a high growth, fast-paced environment

  • Experienced in deploying strategies to attract and source the best talent

  • Detail-oriented and can juggle multiple job requisitions at once

  • High level of integrity, and a self-starter with a tenacious work ethic

  • Experience working in a global team environment across multiple time zones

  • Skilled in navigating compensation negotiation, as well as managing the alignment of hiring managers’ and candidates’ expectations throughout the recruitment process

  • Working knowledge of ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and BambooHR is a plus

  • Technical engineering recruiting experience is a plus

  • Strong documentation skills and ability provide consistent updates to various stakeholders

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or within data protection, cloud-native, security, data storage, software development industries
