Tais Martinez

Tais Martinez is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Dometic's Mobile Cooling brands since July 2023, Tais previously held the position of VP of Human Resources at Hydrofarm LLC from June 2021 to July 2023. Tais's experience at Baker Hughes encompasses roles such as Global Director of Employee Experience, where responsibilities included overseeing the employee lifecycle strategy, and Project Director for major HR system implementations.
