João Pedro Schmitz

João Pedro Schmitz has a diverse range of work experience. João Pedro is currently working as a Software Engineer on the Product team at Hygraph, where they focus on building an exceptional user experience for customers. João Pedro also participates in internal Engineering Guilds to identify architectural improvements. Prior to this, João was a Lead Front-End Engineer for Marketing at Hygraph.

Before joining Hygraph, João was a Co-Founder & Software Engineer at Mobg, a position they still hold. At Mobg, they played a key role in developing software solutions.

João also has experience working as an Open Source Developer at Rocketseat, where they maintained several projects on GitHub, reviewed code, and contributed to documentation and educational content. João Pedro started at Rocketseat as a Front-End Engineer for Marketing before transitioning into the role of Open Source Developer.

Additionally, João worked as a Junior Front-End Developer at Merkadia Inteligência Comercial from 2018 to 2019.

Throughout their various roles, João Pedro Schmitz has consistently demonstrated their expertise in software engineering, frontend development, and contributing to open-source projects.

João Pedro Schmitz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. João Pedro attended the university from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Software Engineering from the same institution in May 2021.
