Calp Kathryn Ausban

Kathryn Ausban, CALP, has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Kathryn began their career as a Retail Associate at Kroger in 2015, before transitioning to a Sales Associate role at Old Navy in 2016. In 2019, they worked as an Intern at Weidner Apartment Homes before joining Coastal Ridge Real Estate as a Leasing Professional. During their time at Coastal Ridge, they also served as an Accounts Associate. In 2022, Kathryn took on the role of Assistant Community Manager at Redstone Residential. Currently, they are employed as a Client Service Assistant at Hylant, where they started in 2023.

Kathryn Ausban, CALP, completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ball State University - Miller College of Business. Kathryn attended the university from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained two certifications from Lynda.com in December 2018, namely "Cert Prep: Excel 2016 Microsoft Office Expert (77-728)" and "Cert Prep: Excel 2016 Microsoft Office Specialist (77-727)". Most recently, in July 2021, they acquired the CALP certification from the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI).
