Meredith Otto

Meredith Otto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2008, they started as a Shift Manager at Coldstone Creamery, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they took on the role of Shift Manager at Jimmy John's. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Junior Consultant at Escort Radar. In 2013, they gained experience as a Marketing Intern at The Element - Rockford.

Meredith'sprofessional career shifted in 2014 when they joined Aerotek as a Recruiter in their Accounting and Finance division. Meredith later became an On-Premise Recruiter and eventually took on the role of Account Recruiting Manager. Meredith worked with high-volume professional services accounts, ensuring quality candidates were provided for client hiring needs.

In 2017, they transitioned to Hylant where they initially worked as an Employee Engagement and Communications Specialist in Employee Benefits. In this role, they focused on making benefits easier to understand for employees by creating extensive communication plans and designing benefit guides, posters, and other materials. Later, they became the Office Manager for Hylant's Indianapolis and Bloomington offices, overseeing the administrative department, leading culture and wellness committees, and collaborating with the marketing team.

Meredith's most recent experience at Hylant includes being an Employee Engagement & Communications Strategist in Employee Benefits, a role they started in November 2020.

Meredith Otto attended Northern Illinois University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. During their time at the university, they also pursued a double major and earned a B.S. in Marketing and a B.A. in Psychology.
