Jacob Desvaux has worked in various roles since 2006. Jacob began their career as a Team Member at Newk's Eatery in 2006. Jacob then became an Intern at North River Village Retirement Community in 2007, where they prepared a strategic analysis of the company and its competitors to make recommendations for improving the marketing and advertising programs. In the same year, they also worked as an Ad Operations Specialist, Account Manager, and Sporting News Member Services at Sporting News. In 2013, they joined Time Warner Cable Media as a Team Lead, Digital Services – Tech & Troubleshooting and Online Ad Operations Coordinator. In 2016, they moved to Spectrum Reach as an Account Executive, Supervisor, Digital Services, and Senior Online Ad Coordinator. Currently, they are the Director Of Partnerships at Hyperlocology, where they help franchise brands solve for what was previously impossible.

Jacob Desvaux obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration with a field of study in Healthcare Management from The University of Alabama between 2002 and 2006. Jacob also holds an IAB Digital Ad Operations Certification, obtained in October 2014.
