Andrew Gipps

Andrew Gipps is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in the cargo and leisure sectors. Currently serving as Department Manager at IAG Cargo since January 2018, Andrew is responsible for driving departmental efficiency, overseeing people performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Previous roles include Senior Cargo Duty Manager and Operations Manager at IAG Cargo, where Andrew managed cargo operations for multiple airlines and effectively communicated operational performance. Andrew's experience also spans leadership positions at British Airways, English Ice Hockey Association, and Absolutely Leisure, where skills in team management, financial planning, and customer service were developed. Andrew holds a BTEC National Diploma in Uniformed Public Services from East Berkshire College.
