Sana Kidwai has extensive experience in IT support and operations management, with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the Manager of Platform Services (Operations) at IAG since January 2015, Sana previously held the position of Support Team Lead. Prior to IAG, Sana worked as the Application Support Team Lead at Lumley Insurance from October 2011 to January 2015, and as a Business Systems Support Analyst at GE Capital from September 2007 to October 2011, where involvement included project planning and system testing. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Desktop Support Engineer at Datacom, providing onsite support in a Microsoft environment. Educationally, Sana holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business obtained from The University of Auckland between 2010 and 2012.
