Paul Inson has been in the people business for over 20 years. Paul started their career at Sykes in 2013 as the VP of HR Service Delivery for North America. In this role, they were responsible for the vision, strategy, and delivery of high value, efficient HR services for a 15,000 employee business unit supporting a $500MM revenue base.

In 2008, Paul joined Alpine Access Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, they planned and directed all aspects of Alpine Access' human resources policies, objectives and initiatives. Paul provided support and leadership in the development of effective organizations and operational services that met the goals and objectives of the business, while increasing employee capability, performance and job satisfaction. Key responsibilities included: staffing and recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations, internal communications, organizational development & training, succession planning, HRIS, compliance and employee engagement programs.

In 2016, Paul joined ibex as the Chief People Officer. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of ibex's people strategy including talent acquisition, learning & development, diversity & inclusion, culture & engagement, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.

Paul Inson studied business administration with a focus in marketing at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Paul earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the school.
