Cindy Fang

Cindy leads the international fundraising and investor relations team and supervises iCap China’s operations.

Cindy has worked in international business development, fundraising, and international relations for more than ten years. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Chiba University in Japan, she moved to the United States with her husband and worked in Chinese immigration settlement services for more than ten years before joining iCap in 2018. Since joining, she spearheaded the establishment of iCap China.

Cindy is passionate about building bridges between the US and China, especially in the intersection of law, policy, business, and culture.
