Emily Romanelli has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. In their most recent role as a Marketing and Innovation Consultant at Icelandic Provisions, they led the launch of the company's first vegan yogurt and repositioning of their whole milk ranges. Emily also worked on strategic projects such as website re-launch, sku assortment, cost savings initiatives, and packaging updates.

Emily Romanelli has an education history that includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economic and Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara, which took place from 2001 to 2005. Emily later pursued an MBA degree in Social Enterprise and Marketing from Columbia Business School, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.
