Michaela Hayes (Raagas)

Michaela Hayes (Raagas) has extensive work experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Michaela is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at iClassPro - Class Management Software starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Hyperice, Inc. as the Manager, Digital Fitness & Education from March 2020 to August 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, Michaela held multiple roles at Technogym USA, including Education & Training Manager, North America, and Assistant Store & Events Manager. Their responsibilities included organizing and facilitating education and training for the sales team, managing Technogym Educators and Ambassadors, and presenting the brand to media and potential customers.

Before Technogym, Michaela was the Fitness Director at CLAY Health Club + Spa from May 2015 to May 2016. In this role, they managed a team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Concierge, forecasted PT sales, and implemented action plans to exceed sales targets.

Michaela also worked as the Fitness Director at EXOS|MediFit from January 2013 to June 2014, where they played a key role in building the fitness team and overseeing their performance. Prior to that, Michaela worked as the Assistant Fitness Manager at Millennium Partners Sports Club Management from January 2010 to January 2013, where they exceeded sales goals and managed a large team of trainers and coordinators.

Michaela Hayes (Raagas) obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Boston University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include being a Technogym Educator, Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America - AFAA, Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and specialized certifications such as BOSU Specialist, CPR & AED from the American Red Cross, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and several certifications related to fitness equipment and techniques from Hyperice, Inc. and TriggerPoint Performance Therapy. Michaela is also a Weightloss Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
