Daylon Walton is the Manager of Agile Engagement at ICON Agility Services. Daylon has over three years of experience in recruiting and business development for staffing opportunities nationwide. Their focus is on IT recruiting, and they have successfully placed resources in a variety of positions, from Business Analysts to SAP/.NET/JAVA Developers, Security Specialists, Network Engineers, and Database Gurus.

Prior to joining ICON Agility Services, Daylon was a Senior Technical Recruiter with ePlus Technology. Daylon was responsible for finding and placing IT resources for ePlus' enterprise customers nationwide. During their time with ePlus, Daylon developed a reputation as a top talent spotter and helped ePlus grow its business by successfully placing IT resources in a variety of positions.
