George McMillan has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several reputable companies. George began their career in 1997 as the CEO of BMG Direct at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. After that, they worked as the CEO at CMGI and then as the Chief Executive Officer at Palladium: Make It Possible. In 2008, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Ze-gen, Inc. From 2010 to 2011, they were the EVP and Chief Financial Officer at PharmaNet Development Group. George then joined M2 Advisors as the Managing Director from 2011 to 2012. Since 2012, George has been associated with ICON plc, where they held several high-level positions including Divisional Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations, and currently, they are the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.

George McMillan attended Stanford University from 1972 to 1976 where they obtained their A.B. degree in Economics. George then went on to attend Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School from 1976 to 1980, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Corporate Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Strategy, respectively.
