Rajiv Varshney

Rajiv Varshney has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rajiv is currently working as the Chief Compliance Officer at iCreditWorks since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Investors Bank from August 2019 to June 2021.

Rajiv'slongest tenure was at HSBC, where they held various positions over a span of 16 years. From August 2017 to August 2019, they served as the Chief Operating Officer of Regulatory Compliance and Head of Risk Transformation. Before that, they were a Senior Vice President of Regulatory Compliance from May 2013 to August 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Director of Strategic Initiatives from October 2009 to May 2013 and held managerial positions in global resourcing from 2004 to 2009. Rajiv began their career at HSBC as a Senior Analyst in Credit Cards from May 2003 to November 2004.

Before joining HSBC, Rajiv worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini, Quality Technnology Company, and ElecricalWeb.Com from June 1999 to April 2003.

Rajiv Varshney has a wide-ranging education history in various fields. Rajiv obtained an MBA in Supply Chain from the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. Prior to that, they received a BS in Production & Industrial Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. Additionally, Rajiv completed an Advanced Leadership Program at Stanford University and a Strategic Decision & Risk Management Certification from the same institution. Rajiv also attended the London Business School to study Leading Businesses and Functions. Furthermore, Rajiv has obtained certifications such as the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) from the American Bankers Association, the Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters, and the Certified in Resource Management (CPIM) from APICS.
