Role Overview

The Commercial Operation Manager is responsible for optimizing the success of ID5’s Commercial team from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage. They will work with Sales, Publisher and Partnership teams to ensure they have the proper resources to move ID5’s commercial goals forward while representing the needs of the Commercial team in cross functional projects across the organization. They will also support company leadership, analyzing company CRM data to recognize and communicate trends that impact achievement of company revenue and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain ID5 Commercial CRM systems and processes 
  • Work with Commercial teams to ensure accurate documentation of accounts and deals
  • Develop, update and communicate performance metrics weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Support sales related reporting and analysis needs expressed across the organization
  • Assist in forecasting, goal development and territory planning 
  • Represent the Commercial team’s interests and needs across the organization, including working closely with Finance, Legal, Product and Global Services 

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS based Sales/Rev Operations at a company <200 people
  • Ability to function as CRM administrator in addition to Commercial Operations analyst
  • Excellent at G-Suite, particularly Sheets for number crunching and graph generation
  • Experience as a cross team collaborator, project manager and situational leader
  • Experience interacting and supporting senior leadership pulling and designing reports that explain performance, forecasts and overall sales trends
  • Ability to travel up to 4 times per year, including internationally for company offsites

Preferred: Experienced with Zoho CRM, Hubspot and Zoominfo

    • Experience working with global customers and currencies
