Paul Boyer

Paul W was also the Associate General Counsel at Softcard and held legal positions at T-Mobile USA, MCI, Export-Import Bank of the United States, and Miles & Stockbridge. Paul holds a JD from William & Mary Law School, an MA in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University, and a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Virginia.
