Andrea Davey

Andrea Davey has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning various leadership roles in multiple companies. Andrea started their career as the Director of Human Resources at Sara Lee Corporation from 1992 to 1994. After that, they served as an HR leader at Tenneco/Packaging Corporation of America from 1994 to 2002. Andrea then became the VP of Human Resources at Baxter Healthcare from 2002 to 2004. Andrea later worked as a Managing Consultant at Pario Consulting from 2005 to 2011. Currently, Andrea holds the position of Group VP of HR at IDEX Corporation, specifically in their Health & Science division since 2011.

Andrea Davey holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago.
