Barbara Evert

Barbara Evert, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the field of research and development. Barbara started their career at PPD in 2004 as an Associate Research Scientist and later became a Research Scientist. In 2015, they joined IDEXX where they held various roles including R&D Staff Scientist I and II, Manager R&D Sr I and II, and most recently, Director of R&D Assay Diagnostics. Barbara'stenure at IDEXX started in 2015 and is ongoing.

Barbara Evert, Ph.D. received their Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Richmond in 1999. Barbara then went on to pursue their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Genetics and Molecular Biology at Emory University, which they completed in 2004.
