Jamie Willoughby is vice president capture, Training & Technical Services (T&TS) at IDS International. T&TS delivers customized training support for military and civilian teams on interagency principles, capabilities, and objectives as well as provides Special Operations forces training to our nation’s most elite warfighters.
Jamie came to IDS as part of the DECO LLC acquisition where she led DECO’s business development initiatives as vice president business development. Prior to joining DECO, Jamie’s led business development efforts across numerous large and small government contracting corporations supporting efforts across DoD, DoS, DHS, HHS, as well as several commercial industries.
Prior to contracting, Jamie served both the Department of the Army and Homeland Security as a GS-14 across numerous departments that includes the Joint Force Headquarters National Capitol Region (JFHQ-NCR), US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), and DHS’s Office of Infrastructure Protection (OIP) where she was responsible for development of numerous contingency plans and national level training and exercise events with both defense, homeland security and public/private partnerships.
Prior to Jamie’s civilian career she was an ROTC commission through Gannon University and served eight years as a US Army Military Police Officer. Jamie’s holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice.
