Elijah Lothrop

Elijah Lothrop is currently serving as President of the iGEM Competition team since January 2022. They are also a valuable member of the Wet Lab committee and contribute as a researcher. At The Ohio State University, Elijah works as a Resident Advisor and Laboratory Research Assistant in the Wood Lab, focusing on downstream bio-separations. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Ohio State University, obtained after completing the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Columbus Alternative High School.
