Ghassan O. has a diverse and extensive work experience, beginning in 2007 with LMC, a European furniture and fittings group, where they served as a Project Manager. During their time with LMC, Ghassan implemented various solutions to meet business needs, including file feedback systems, CRM connectors, and WiFi network deployments.
From 2009 to 2010, Ghassan worked as a Project Manager for Sopra Steria, overseeing the implementation of a call center solution across multiple sites. Ghassan was responsible for project management, specification development, and monitoring the implementation of the Cisco Call Manager and IPCCE solutions.
In 2011, Ghassan joined Orange as a Build Account Manager, where they focused on establishing processes and industrializing application deployments for Crédit du Nord and SMC banks. Ghassan managed the Build Network and deployment teams, and also took on project management responsibilities.
In 2012, Ghassan moved on to CHANEL, where they worked as a Technical Account Manager for Activeo Group. Ghassan led various transversal projects, including collaboration architecture overhauls and migration projects for videoconferencing and contact centers.
Most recently, Ghassan served as the Chief Technical Officer and Digital Workplace Design for Iliad/Free, starting in 2015. Ghassan'sresponsibilities included constructing and managing the IT budget, change management, and overseeing complex projects to achieve the desired return on investment (ROI).
Ghassan O. obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from Université Paris 8 in 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar. Ghassan also holds additional certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Lean Six Sigma green belt, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Cisco Contact Center Express Spécialist.
