Raynaldo Rivera

Raynaldo Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Systems Administrator at the University of Advancing Technology, where they provided Windows, Unix, and Linux administration and implemented intrusion detection systems. In 2012, they joined SAIFE, Inc as a Software Security Engineer, designing and developing consumer-facing products for the DoD community. Raynaldo then worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Raindust Entertainment from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined U-Haul International, Inc as a Software Developer. From 2017 to 2022, they held the position of Chief Communications Officer at Haasonline, responsible for maintaining business relationships and representing the company in interviews and conferences. In 2018, they served as the Director of Quantitative Research at Off Camber Creative LLC. Raynaldo worked as the Director of Engineering at Alkemi from 2019 to 2019. Since 2016, they have been associated with Cisco, initially in the POST - Team role and eventually becoming the Director of Application Security at Illumio in 2022.

Raynaldo Rivera attended Glendale Community College from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Information Security. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science and Artificial Life at the University of Advancing Technology from 2010 to 2013. In 2015, they obtained the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification.
