Marielle Volleberg - Verberne

Marielle Volleberg - Verberne has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Marielle'smost recent role is as the HR Director at imec, where they are responsible for the HR strategy and operations of IMEC Netherlands. Prior to that, they worked at Dorel Juvenile as an International HR Manager for Sales & Marketing across Europe, and as an HR Manager for Marketing, R&D, Innovation, Program Management, and New Business. Marielle also worked at UTC Fire & Security as an HR Manager for Northern Europe. Before joining Dorel Juvenile, Marielle worked at ASML in various roles, including HR&O Manager for Customer Support & Marketing and Planning & Manufacturing. Marielle was also a Marketing Coordinator for the labor market at ASML. Throughout their career, Marielle has focused on HR business partnering, talent acquisition and retention, employer branding, organizational development, change management, and team and leadership development.

Marielle Volleberg-Verberne completed their undergraduate degree in Business Economics at Tilburg University from 1996 to 2001. In 1999, they attended the Schulich School of Business - York University for a short period to pursue a Master's degree in the same field.
